Collection of personal information
In order to use this Web site, you must first complete the registration form to create a user name and password. During registration you are required to provide contact information (such as name and email address).
We also collect information about where in the industry you work in order to report to our clients.
 


Use of personal information
We use this information to contact you about the latest Work Shops that are available and to remind you that current Workshops are about to expire.
In registering and subsequently in completing each and any Workshop, the client for that Workshop will see your details. This helps them in their own sales and marketing activities. Under these circumstances other companies will receive personal information but are legally bound to safeguard this information and not use it for any other purposes, although Your Workshops is not responsible for ensuring this.
Most Workshops will also carry a prize and we will also use your information to contact you should you win a prize.
Please note: Your Workshops does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
 


Trans-Border data flows
Your Workshops will not pass your information to anyone except its clients and our negotiated distribution channels (retail chains) – and then only where you have chosen to register for one of that clients own Workshops. In some cases, the client maybe an off shore entity. Your Workshops is not responsible for their client’s use of the data.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter your personal information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
 
Access to Personally Identifiable Information
